Langen-Cyclone-Filter are suitable especially in the following industry sectors:

- Compuster and stream boiler
- To dedust flue gas at the combustion of wood, carbon, waste etc.
- To dedust the extraced air of brackage plants, screening plants and beat drying plants.
- Process engineering
- For the purification and separation of dustformed or granulared merchandise existing of gas or airstream as precleaner for baghouse filter.

The raw gas is applied to the rawgas area using a sheet metal channel and is than splitted to the specific cylones.

The gases obtain their needed eddy flow in the diffusor or in the inlet nozzle of the individual cyclones.

The precipitation of the dust is based on the cyclone dust collector law. The centrifugals and gravitations cause a centrifugal coating of the dust particle of the gasflow to the cyclone casing.

The flow resistance is causes by the vertical formation, in this connection beared down. The dust particles are
 transported to the cyclone bottom and thereby conducted from the dust outlet conus in the dust collecting bin.

The purified gas leave the precipitator by the immersion pipe. The falling dust which comes from the dust collecting bin is collected by DIN-refuse bins, which can be replaced very easily during the operating state.

For bigger constructions the discharge of the dust of the collecting bins is effected preferably over cabin border.
