Langen Feuerungsbau GmbH specialises in high-quality fireproof special doors for industry and the energy sector, in particular for combustion plants, power stations, industrial furnaces, exhaust systems, boiler and drying plants as well as waste incineration plants and biogas plants.
We manufacture these inspection doors, inspection ports, access doors, explosion doors and maintenance holes individually according to customer specifications and deliver our products to customers throughout Europe. Here, the fire-resistant doors are used in various industrial sectors, including incineration plants and the energy industry.
Most of our products are available from stock. In the case of custom-made products, for example, we manufacture according to individual customer specifications and dimensions, with or without inspection ports, fireclay boxes, insulating boxes, protective plates, frames, etc.

Unless otherwise requested, our special doors are made of several types of cast iron for different temperature ranges and can be used up to 500 degrees Celsius as standard.
The casting types are listed in our catalogue with the designations M01 to M19. For higher temperatures up to 1300 degrees Celsius we use heat-resistant cast steel. Our doors are centrally pendulum-mounted, the displacements are mechanically machined and thus provide optimum contact pressure on the seals all around.

Central location of manufacturing in the western Ruhr region
Today, the traditional company Langen Feuerungsbau GmbH is managed by Anja and Karsten Vogt, and the company headquarters were relocated from Burscheid to Duisburg in 2021. The central location in the western Ruhr region with excellent logistical links to a dense motorway network, Düsseldorf Airport and Logport Duisburg, the generous space available at the company headquarters, the state-of-the-art machinery in the comprehensively equipped production facility and our qualified and motivated employees set the course for ensuring that our company is ideally positioned for the future. Our internal design department and in-house steel construction complement the possibilities of manufacturing high-quality and customised fire doors on site.
